About the Role
Errand Agents are responsible for completing customer errands and assigned tasks within their designated service area. Agents receive jobs from Operations, communicate with customers when required, complete the assigned task and report completion.
Responsibilities
- Accept and complete assigned errands promptly.
- Communicate with Operations through WhatsApp.
- Collect and confirm customer information.
- Handle customer items carefully.
- Complete pickups, store runs and assigned errands.
- Confirm successful completion of each task.
- Report issues or delays immediately.
- Maintain professional conduct with customers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be based within or close to the service area.
- Must have a smartphone with WhatsApp.
- Must be reliable and responsive.
- Must be able to navigate the local area.
- Must communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to use a bicycle, motorcycle or other suitable means of movement is an advantage.
Payment Structure
Errand Agents operate on a per-task payment structure. Earnings depend on the type of task, distance, complexity and other applicable requirements. This is not a fixed monthly salary position.
Service Areas
Agents may be assigned primarily to jobs within their registered service area. As Errand Logix expands, additional locations may be opened.
